If you write to us through the form, you send the details you enter so we can reply. You do not have to use the form; you can email us instead.

How we use that data

We use form submissions only to assess your inquiry, reply, and — if you asked — arrange a call. We do not use them for bulk marketing and we do not sell them.

We process this data because you asked us to get in touch (steps toward a possible contract) and because we have a legitimate interest in answering studio inquiries.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate device, traffic source, and similar usage data. Google may process this data on servers outside your country, including the United States.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics uses cookies (for example identifiers such as _ga) to distinguish visits. The site also stores your language and theme (light or dark) preference in your browser; that data is not sent with the contact form.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Processors we need to run the site may handle it on our behalf: web hosting, the email service that receives inquiries, and Google (Analytics).

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as needed to handle them, and for a reasonable time afterward if the same project continues. Analytics data is kept according to the retention set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete data you sent us, and to object to or restrict certain processing where the law allows. Email voxtylabs@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your country’s data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you have had a chance to review the current version.
