These terms govern use of the Voxty Labs website. By browsing it or sending the contact form, you agree to them. Any actual project work is always covered by a separate agreement.
The site
This site introduces the studio and lets you send an inquiry. The content is informational. We do not sell products or create user accounts here.
Contact form
By submitting the form, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that we may use it to reply, as described in our privacy policy. Sending an inquiry does not create a services contract and does not require us to take on a project.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site or the form: no spam, malware, illegal content, or attempts to access systems that are not yours. We may ignore or block submissions we consider abusive.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, copy, logo, and other content belong to Voxty Labs or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission, except as the law allows (for example, brief quotation).
Projects and services
Any development, design, or consulting is governed by a written proposal or statement of work we agree separately. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information is complete at all times. To the extent the law allows, Voxty Labs is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the site or from an inquiry sent through the form.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services (for example Google). Their terms, not ours, govern that use.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If you disagree, stop using the site.
